Another one !

Still in "Mermaid mode"...maybe it's because Summer is almost over ?  These little stitched bits are fun to work on in between bigger projects . My old sketchbook is great inspiration!

Love the little seahorse...

I was looking through my sketchbook last week and found some of my old mermaid designs.
These were  meant to be dolls, but since I've been a "stitchey" kind of mood a small wall hanging seemed like a fun idea ! I drew her freehand then colored, stitched and beaded. 
These kind of projects are so fun...there is never a real plan. I just let my mind wander.
